沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘46例疗效分析

目的:观察沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法46小儿哮喘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各23例,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,观察两组临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.7%;对照组总有效率为78.3%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽、气喘和啰音等症状、体征消失时间均短于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组出现口咽部刺激感3例,对症处理后症状消失,未见其他不良反应。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床疗效显著,能迅速使症状减轻或消失。

Nebulized Inhalation of Albuterol and Budesonide Suspension in the Treatment of 46 Children with Asthma

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nebulized inhalation of albuterol and budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods:46 children with asthma were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.23 cases for each respectively.The control group received the conventional treatment,while treatment group received the nebulized inhalation of albuterol and budesonide suspension based upon the conventional one,and then observed the improvement on clinical symptoms for two groups.Results:The response rate for the treatment was 95.7%,while the one for the control group was 78.3%.There was the significant difference in the response rate between two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group achieved the shorter time for the disappearing of the symptoms and signs of cough,asthma and collapse rale,with the significant difference(P<0.01).There were 3 patients with pharyngeal diseases in the treatment group,while the symptom disappeared after the symptomatic treatment,without any other adverse reactions. Conclusion:The nebulized inhalation of albuterol and budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with asthma has a significant clinical effect,which can rapidly relieve or make symptoms disappeared.
