中医药治疗45例急诊服毒自杀病人分析

目的:探讨急诊服毒自杀病人的自杀原因并针对患者进行及时的干预。方法:本组资料来源于2008年～2010年收治的45例服毒自杀患者,年龄为12-58岁,平均年龄为28.9岁。其中,年龄在12～18岁之间的为4例,占8.8%;19～40岁之间的为28例,占62.2%;40～58岁之间的为13例,占28.8%。结果:本组45例服毒自杀患者经过积极的治疗与干预后,均全部康复出院,43例患者无再出现自杀情况,2例患者需要借助长期的干预及精神医生进行治疗。结论:自杀是一种社会行为,医务工作人员应针对每位患者给予适时的干预,降低自杀率。

Chinese Medicine Treatment of 45 Cases of Emergency Patients Commit Suicide

Objective:To investigate the suicide of patients commit suicide by taking poison emergency reasons and timely intervention for patients.Methods:Our data come from 2008～2010 in 45 patients admitted patients commit suicide,aged 12～58 years, mean age was 28.9 years.Among them,between the ages of 12-18 years for 4 patients,8.8%;19～40 years of age for the 28 cases,62.2%; 40～58 between the ages of 13 years,accounting for 28.8%.Results:45 patients commit suicide in this group of patients after active treatment and intervention,were all recovered and were discharged,43 patients had no recurrence of suicide,2 patients required long-term intervention and help of the spirit of a doctor.Conclusion:that suicide is a social act,the medical staff should be given to each patient for timely intervention to reduce suicide rates.
