高敏肌钙蛋白T联合肌红蛋白及肌酸激酶同工酶MB检测的临床应用

目的:评价心肌损伤标志物高敏肌钙蛋白T(cTnT-hs)、肌红蛋白(Myo)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CKMB)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)以及不稳定心绞痛、骨骼肌肌损伤中的诊断价值,并结合临床提高检测灵敏度。方法:Cobas e 411电化学发光仪测定我院176例已确诊为AMI患者不同时段抽血检测cTnT-hs、Myo、CKMB的浓度。结果:AMI患者在不同时间内三种心肌标志物的浓度都有着不同变化。且不同疾病三种心肌标志物的变化与AMI组相比有显著性差异。结论:心肌标志物高敏肌钙蛋白T(cTnT-hs)、肌红蛋白(Myo)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CKMB)联合检测有助于早期准确诊断急性心肌梗死。

High Sensitivity of Troponin T Combined Myoglobin and Creatine Kinase MB Clinical Application

Objective:assessment of myocardial injury markers with high sensitivity of troponin T(cTnT-hs),myoglobin(Myo), creatine kinase MB(CKMB) in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and unstable angina,skeletal muscle injury in the diagnosis and clinical improve the detection sensitivity.Methods:ECL Roche Cobas e 411 176 patients were measured in our hospital have been diagnosed with blood testing different times of AMI patients with cTnT-hs,Myo,CKMB concentration.Results:AMI patients in three different times the concentration of cardiac markers have different changes.Three different diseases and changes in cardiac markers compared with the AMI group were significantly different.Conclusion:The high sensitivity cardiac markers troponin T(cTnT-hs),myoglobin(Myo).creatine kinase MB(CKMB) help early and accurate diagnosis combined detection of acute myocardial infarction.
