| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨105例小儿上消化道异物取出的方法和护理经验。方法:根据吞食异物的性质、大小来选择合适的手术器械钳取异物。结果:105例患儿的消化道异物均成功取出,未发生一例并发症。结论:经无痛内镜直视下取消化道异物,直观简便,定位准确,成功率高,是首选的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the nursing of endoscopic management of foreign body in their upper digestive tracts in children. Methods:Management was taken under general anesthesia,electronic endoscope was used,and the right kind of forceps according to the characters of foreign body was selected.Results:105 cases of gastrointestinal foreign bodies were removed safely,and no complication occurred. Conclusion:Endoscopic management with careful nursing is a safe and effective approach in managing foreign bodies. |
