31例老年股骨转子间骨折临床分析

目的:探讨老年股骨转子间骨折患者的临床治疗经验。方法:2008年1月～2010年1月,选取我院骨科老年股骨转子间骨折31例,均应用PFNA钉内固定治疗,术后鼓励患者靠床坐起,进行早期功能锻炼。结果:31例患者优16例,良13例,可2例,差0例,优良率为93.55%。无死亡病例,骨折临床愈合时间为(8～24)周,平均15周。均未出现骨折不愈合,整个随访期间,无感染、深静脉血栓、髓内钉断裂、股骨干骨折、螺旋刀片松动断裂及切出股骨头等并发症发生。结论:应用PFNA钉内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,临床治愈率高、创伤较小、固定牢靠,能有利于骨折愈合和早期功能锻炼,值得临床上进一步推广和应用。

The Clinical Analysis of 31 Cases Elderly Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective:To explore the clinical experience of the patients with elderly intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:To selection 31cases from January 2008 to January 2010 with elderly intertrochanteric fracture,all patients were adopted PFNA nail internal fixation.To encourage patients sat up on the bed,and early functional exercise.Results:Therapeutic effect of 31 patients:Excellent 16cases,well 13 cases,common 2 cases,bad 0 case.The good rate was 93.55%.There was no deaths.The healing time of clinical fracture were 8～24 weeks,the average time were 15 weeks.Conclusion:Application PFNA nail internal fixation for elderly intertrochanteric fracture was highly cure rate,lesser wound,firmly fixed.It may be help the healing and early functional exercise,and to further promote the clinical and application.
