| 摘 要： | 目的为医院药品仓储供需链衔接管理建立电子化、规范化管理提供参考。方法论证引进医院药品仓储模糊聚类分析的多准则ABC供需链衔接库存管理;采用Excel和PASS等软件技术建立药品信息系统,以药品标准编码为基础与医院信息系统(HIS系统)联网,以实现医院药库大库存电子化、规范化管理。结果实现了医院药品库存数量和金额的双重管理,省时省力,药品库存金额控制在1 500万元左右的合理范围,药品月转次数达每周1～3次,节省了医院资金成本,降低了过期药品损失及立体仓库运行成本,防止了药品管理不善造成的医疗风险。结论运用这种模糊聚类分析的多准则ABC供需链衔接库存管理模式,效果良好,可以推广。
