葛根素注射液预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床观察

目的观察葛根素注射液预防骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效和应用价值。方法:将528例患者随机分为2组,其中葛根素治疗组312例静脉注射葛根素,对照组216例皮下注射低分子肝素钙,观察2组临床疗效、临床积分、血栓分型、术后刀口引流量和血管内皮功能指标。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、临床积分和术后刀口引流量等方面均优于对照组,特别在改善临床积分(P<0.01)和减少术后刀口引流量(P<0.01)两方面效果更为显著。血管内皮功能指标方面葛根素治疗组tPA水平较对照组增加更显著(P<0.05),ET-1水平、PAI活性、PL活性、AT-Ⅲ水平未见统计学差异。葛根素治疗组未见明显毒副作用,对照组出现牙龈出血、鼻黏膜出血和注射部位血肿等不良反应。结论:葛根素注射液预防骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成安全有效。

Puerarin Prevents Deep Venous Thrombosis After Major Orthopedic Surgery

Objective:To investigate the curative effect and application value of puerarin in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery.Methods:The patients(n=528) were divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=312) treated with puerarin by intravenous injection,and the control group(n=216) administrated with the injection of low molecular heparin calcium.The curative effect,clinical integrals,thrombus types,incision drainage amount after the surgery and endothelial indexes were measured.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in the curative effect,clinical integrals and incision drainage amount after the surgery,especially in clinical integrals (P<0.01) and incision drainage amount(P<0.01).The levels of ET-1,PAI,PL and AT-Ⅲshowed no significant difference between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).However,the tPA levevl was higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).There were no toxic and side effects observed in the treatment group,but gum and nasal bleeding and hematoma of injective site were observed in the control group.Conclusion: Puerarin is safe and effective in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery.
