奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察

目的:观察奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法:将63例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分为肝素对照组32例和联合治疗组31例。肝素对照组采用低分子肝素治疗,联合治疗组采用奥扎格雷钠和低分子肝素联合治疗。结果:与肝素对照组比较,治疗后联合治疗组血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原均有明显改善(P<0.01)。联合治疗组总有效率96.77%,对照组总有效率81.25%两组疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素治疗短暂性脑缺血发作有良好的疗效。

Clinical Study of Ozagrel Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.Methods:63 patients with transient ischemic attack heparin were randomly divided into control group(32 cases) and combined treatment group(31 cases).The patients in the control group were only treated by low molecular weight heparin,while those in the combined treatment group were treated by ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin.Results.Compared with the control group,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective of combined treatment group was 96,77%,the total efficiency of control group was 81.25%.There was a significant efficacy difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozagrel combined low molecular weight heparin have a good effect on transient ischemic attack.
