摘    要:目的:分析颈动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的血管病变特点。方法:265例TIA患者进行股动脉插管,seldinger法分别行主动脉弓、双侧颈总动脉或颈内动脉、双侧锁骨下动脉及椎动脉血管造影。结果:DSA结果显示有血管病变226例(85.4%),未见血管病变39例(14.6%)。结论:血管狭窄是颈动脉系统TIA主要病因,以颈内动脉C1段和大脑中动脉M1、M2段最多见,随着血管狭窄程度增高TIA频率递增。

The Analysis of Digital Subtraction Angiography in 265 Patients with Transient Carotid Artery Ischemic Attack

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the characteristics of angiopathology in patients with transient carotid artery ischemic attack (TIA) by digital subtraction angiography.Methods:265 patients who all meet the TIA diagnosetic criteria.Femoral artery cannulation were conducted on all patients,aortic arch,bilateral carotid artery or internal carotid,bilateral subclavian artery and vertebral artery angiography were carried out with seldinger’ s.Results:DSA results of 226 patients(85.4%)demonstrated vessel pathological changes,that of 39 patients(14.6%)didn’t demonstrate.Conclusion:Angiostenosis is the main cause of TIA in carited artery system,which is commonly take place in internal carotid C1 segment and middle cerebral artery M1/M2 segment the increase of TIA frequency is correlated with the degree of angiostenosis.
