多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗原发性肝癌TACE后肝损伤的研究

目的:观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗原发性肝癌患者行肝动脉化疗栓塞(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)后发生肝损伤的疗效。方法:60例原发性肝癌患者,随机分为两组,每组各30例。均给予TACE治疗。治疗组:应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗;对照组:应用甘草酸二铵治疗。结果:两组转氨酶、胆红素在TACE后均明显升高(P<0.01),血清前白蛋白均明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗组转氨酶、胆红素较对照组明显降低,血清前白蛋白较对照组明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论:多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合还原型谷胱甘肽能有效减轻TACE对肝脏的损害,改善患者的预后。

Study on the Treating of Hepatic Injury of Primary Liver Cancer AfterTACE with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine and Reduced Glutathione

Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine and Reduced glutathione for patients with primary liver cancer after TACE.Methods;60 patients with primary liver cancer were devided into the treamtment group and the control group,they were treated by TACE.The treamtment group were treamted by Polyene Phosphatidylcholine and Reduced glutathione.The control group were treamted by Diammonium glycyrrhizmate.Results:Transaminase and bilirubin were rised and Prealbumin(PA) were reduced in two groups after TACE,but there were significantly difference after treatment in the treamtment group compared with the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:Polyene Phosphatidylcholine and Reduced glutathione could relieve hepatic injury and improve prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE.
