经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折80例的疗效分析

目的:探讨经伤椎椎弓根植骨结合内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:80例外伤患者全部行经伤椎椎弓根植骨和椎弓根内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折,分别测量术前、术后2周及去内固定后3个月患者的椎体高度和脊柱后凸角,统计学数据分析。结果:平均随访16.5个月,按Frankel分级脊髓功能恢复提高0～3级,椎体前缘高度增加46.9%,术后后凸Cobb角由术前平均21.9°恢复到3.2°。全部患者内固定无断裂、无感染、无神经症状加重等并发症发生。结论:经伤椎椎弓根植骨联合椎弓根内固定可重建伤椎高度和防止后期矫正度丢失。

The Vertebral Body Vertebral Pedicle Bone Graft and Internal Fixation of Thoracolumbar Fracture Efficacy of 80 Cases

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the thoracolumbar fractures by the method of vertebral pedicle fixation applied in the transpedicular bone graft Methods:Collect 80 cases of trauma victims.Then,take the treatment of vertebral pedicle fixation applied in the transpedicular bone graft to thoracolumbar fractures,measure the height of vertebra and the Cobb’ s angle before and after the operation distinctly,also within 3 month after eradicating the fixation,after that,start the statistical data analysis.Results:After following up sixteen and a half months,according to Frankel’s neurological function classification,spinal cord function wasrecovered and improved to 0-3 calsses,the height anterior border was increased to 46.9%,the Cobb’s angle was recovered from 21.9°before operation to 3.2°after the operation.All the patients’ fixation had no break,infection or serious nerve diseases or other complications.Conclusion: The method of vertebral pedicle fixation applied in the transpedicular bone graft can rebuild the height of the affected vertebra and avoid the loose of correction,it has comparatively good clinical effection,and it is worth to be widely used.
