来氟米特、环磷酰胺治疗增殖型狼疮性肾炎的对照研究

目的:探讨来氟米特、环磷酰胺治疗增殖型狼疮肾炎的疗效及不良反应。方法:选择本院2006年10月～2010年12月收治的狼疮性肾炎患者42例,均经临床病理证实为增殖型狼疮肾炎。全部患者根据治疗方法不同分为研究组、对照组,各21例;研究组患者给予来氟米特口服治疗,对照组给予环磷酰胺治疗,治疗6个月后观察两组疗效,尿蛋白、狼疮活性、抗核抗体、血沉等指标变化以及不良反应情况。结果:两组治疗后尿蛋白、狼疮活性、抗核抗体、血沉均较治疗前改善,两组比较差异无统计学意义,两组感染、恶心呕吐发生率比较,差异有统计学意义,但腹泻、脱发、乏力发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:新型免疫抑制剂来氟米特治

Contrast Research of Proliferative Lupus Nephritis Treated with Leflunomide, Cyclophosphamid

Objective:To investigate efficacy and adverse reactions of leflunomide,cyclophosphamide in treatment of proliferative lupus nephritis(LN).Methods:42 patients with LNA confirmed by clinical and pathology in our hospital from October 2006 to Dec 2010 were divided into study group and control group according to treatmentmethods,21 cases in each group.Study group were treated with leflunomide,and control group were given cyclophosphamide,observe effects 6 months after treatment and urinary protein,lupus activity,antinuclear antibody,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and adverse reactions.Results:Urine protein,lupus activity,anti-nuclear antibody,erythrocyte sedimentation rate of two groups improved after treatment,difference between the two groups was not significant;the difference of infections,nausea and vomiting in two groups was statistically significant,but the the difference of diarrhea,hair loss,fatigue was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Effect of novel immunosuppressive agent leflunomide treating proliferative lupus nephritis is good and,it is no significant different with the effect of cyclophosphamide,but the infection rate in adverse reaction is higher.
