| 摘 要： | 目的分析痰热清注射液的不良反应及其相关因素。方法检索1994年至2008年中国医院数字图书馆CHKD期刊全文库关于痰热清注射液的不良反应病例,并进行统计分析。结果痰热清注射液所致不良反应临床表现复杂多样,可累及消化系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、循环系统、皮肤及其附件。所有不良反应通过减慢滴速、停药和对症治疗后,都恢复正常,无死亡病例。结论痰热清注射液不良反应发生与给药方法有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the occurrence and interrelated factors of adverse reactions caused by Tanreqing Injection. Methods To search the cases of ADR of Tanreqing injection from CHKD of 1994- 2008 for statistics. Results The clinical situation involved injuries of various systems and organs. All the cases recovered normal through symptomatic treatment and discontinuation, nobody died. Conclusion The ADR caused by Tanreqing injection may be connected with the medication information. |
