高能窄谱红光仪结合中药治疗癌症化疗后口腔溃疡疗效观察

摘    要:目的:评价高能窄谱红光仪(640nm)结合中药治疗癌症化疗后口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将70例各类肿瘤化疗引起的口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组使用高能窄谱红光照射加中药治疗,对照组单纯使用中药治疗。分别观察两组口腔溃疡治疗治愈率。结果:治疗组口腔溃疡治愈率为88.57%,对照组治愈率为65.71%,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(X2=5.185,P<0.05)。结论:高能窄谱红光结合中药治疗癌症化疗后口腔溃疡疗效显著,方法简便安全,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of high-power narrow- band red light in combination with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cancer chemotherapy-related oral mucositis. Methods:70 patients with cancer chemotherapy-related oral mucositis were randomized into 2 groups of 35 patients each. The patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in combination with high-power narrow-band red light. Those in the control group were treated with only traditional Chinese medicine. The curative ratios of 2 groups were assessed separately. Results:Curative ratio of experimental group was 88.57% and that of control group was 65.71%. There was significant difference between the 2 groups. (P0.05). Conclusion:It is significantly effective to use high-power narrow-band red light in combination with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cancer chemotherapy-related oral mucositis. The process is simple and safe with significance of generalization.
