清热活血法为主治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的:观察采用清热活血法(自拟清热活血汤)及中药灌肠法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院门诊病例90例,均服用自拟清热活血汤,水煎服,日1剂,7～10天为1个疗程。3个疗程观察疗效。结果:90例慢性盆腔炎患者经3个疗程治疗后,治愈71例,治愈率79%,有效17例,有效率19%,无效2例,占2%,总有效率98%。结论:该方案在治疗慢性盆腔炎方面取得了满意的效果。

Effect Observation of Heat-Clearing and Blood-Activating on Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

Objective:To observe the use of heat-clearing and Blood-Activating Therapy(with Qingre Huoxue Decoction ) and traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect.Methods:In our hospital outpatient cases in 90 cases,all taking self-made Huoxue Qingre decoction,Shuijianbi,daily 1 agent,7-10 days for 1 courses. A 3 course of treatment the curative effect was observed.Results:90 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease after 3 courses of treatment,71 cases were cured,the cure rate is 79%,effective in 17 cases,with an efficiency of 19%,invalid in 2 cases,accounting for 2%of the total efficiency of 98%.Conclusion:The regimen in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease achieved satisfactory results.
