近4年大学新生HBV感染状况调查

目的了解乙型肝炎流行现状及趋势．不同性别争城乡学生的感染状况．为制定预防对策提供依据。方法对重庆工商职业学院2005—2008年入学新生的HI；V感染状况进行统计分析。结果近4年HBsAg阳性率为6．3：1％，2008年阳性率高于其它各年份，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；男生HBsAg阳性率为8．54％．女生阳性率为5．09％．差异有统计学意义（x^2=40．64，P〈0．01），来自城市新生的HBsAg阳性率为4．91）％，采自农村学生的阳性率为7．97％。差异有统计学意义（x^2=31．11．P〈0．01）；HBsAg阳性者有11．43％出观ALT升高；HBsAg阳性者血清模式以大小三阳为主，分别占43．32％和38．57％。结论该大学新生的HBV阳性率男生高于女生．农村学生高于域市学生。应有针对性的做好乙型肝炎的防治工作。

A Survey of Freshmen's HBV Infection Rate Over the Past 4 Years

Objective To he informed of the current situation and tendency and to find out the differences of HBV infection between urban and rural areas and between males and females, so as to provide theoretical evidence for prevention. Method To analyze statistically the HBV infection rate of freshmen from 2005 to 2008. Results ow,r the past 4 years, the positive rate of HBsAg is 6. 54%. The rate of 2008 is higher than each of the other 3 years, which is statistically significant（P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01 ）. The HBsAg infection rate of male students is 8.54% while female 5.09%. which is statistically significant（x^2=40.64,P〈0.01）. The HBsAg infection rate of freshmen from urban areas is 4.99% while from rural is 7.97%, which is statistically signifi cam（x^2= 31. 11,P〈0.01 ）. ALT of 11.43% of the HBsAg reactors lends to increase. The two main serum patterns of reactors arc HBsAg（＊）, HBeAg（＊） , HBcAb（＊）and HBsAg（＊） ,HBeAb（＊）, HBcAb（＊）. The rates are 13.32% and 38.57%, respeltively. Conclusion In this university, the male freshmen＇s positive rate of HBV is higher than the female＇s, and that of students in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas.
