| 摘 要： | 目的：研究沙棘汁的抗氧化作用，方法：用沙棘汁5ml/kg和2．5ml/kg分两组给大鼠灌胃1次后，于30min,1h和2h时测定血清SOD活力和MDA含量，结果：1h时SOD活力显著增加，MDA含量明显降低，结论：说明沙棘汁具有明显的抗氧化作用，可作为一种良好的自由基清除剂。

| Abstract: | Objective : To study the antioxidation of Hippophae rhamnoides juice. Methods: After Hippophae rhamnoides juice had been perfused into the rat's stomach at the dosage of 5ml/kg and 2.5ml/kg,the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in serum were determined in 30 minute,1 hour and 2 hours. Results: The activity of SOD was increased significantly and the content of MDA was decreased obviously one hour after the perfusion of Hippophae rhamnoides juice. Conclusion: Hippophae rhamnoides juice has the fuction of antioxidation,and it is a good clearing agent for free radical. |
