单管半巢式PCR法检测梅毒螺旋体的分析探讨

目的探讨单管半巢式PCR法检测梅毒螺旋体的适用性；方法对我院2009年6月至2010年6月收治的梅毒患者89例应用单管半巢式PCR进行检测分析；同时相应地用ELISA法进行检测。结果TP—ELISA方法检出率为91．01％（81／89），单管半巢式PCR方法检出率为31．46％（28／89）；TP—ELlSA法和单管半巢式PCR法检测的结果比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈005）；结论单管半巢式PCR法检测血液样本梅毒螺旋体还需要做进一步研究探讨。
