提高医学生临床急救技能水平途径与方法的研究

目的探讨提高医学生临床急救技能教学效果的途径和方法。方法建立临床技能培训中心，应用各种急救模型，采用“简短理论讲授十分项急救技术练习＋综合模拟演练＋录像分析总结”的新教学模式进行培训，对参加培训学生培训前后的情况进行问卷调查并对结果进行对比分析。结果培训后学生对急救技能理论知识和技能知识的掌握程度均达到85％以上，明显提高。结论建立临床技能培训中心，应用各种急救模型，采用新教学模式进行培训，对提高医学生临床急救技能水平有明显成效，是提高医学生临床急救技能教学效果的良好途径和方法。

Research on approaches and means to-improve medical students' first-aid skills

Objective To explore the approaches and means to improve medical students' first- aid skills. Methods Clinical skills training center was built, emergency medical simulated devices were applied and the new teaching model of "brief theory teaching + group practice + comprehensive simulated training + video analysis summary" was used. Questionnaire survey was carried out among the students before and after the training and the results were analyzed comparatively. Results The questionnaire sur- vey showed that after training the master level of the students about first-aid theory and skills was obviously higher than that before training. Conclusions It was obviously effective to improve medical students' first-aid skills through the establishment of clinical skills training center, the application of emergency med- ical simulated devices and the use of the new teaching model.
