经皮肾镜双频双导管超声碎石治疗肾结石的疗效观察

目的探讨经皮肾镜双频双导管超声碎石治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法选取2011年2月至2013年2月收治的肾结石患者162例作为研究对象,其中观察组86例患者采用双频双导管超声碎石系统治疗,对照组76例患者采用单导管超声碎石系统治疗。比较两组的碎石时间、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、结石取净、并发症发生情况。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术。观察组碎石时间、手术时间、住院时间、结石取净率、并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P0.05),两组术中出血量无显著差异(P0.05)。所有患者均无血气胸、肾盂穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论经皮肾镜双频双导管超声碎石治疗肾结石手术时间短,结石取净率高且并发症少,较单导管超声碎石具有明显的优势。

Study on the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with dual probe ultrasonic intracorporeal lithotripter in treatment of renal calcu-li

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with dual probe ultrasonic intracorporeal litho-tripter in treatment of patients with renal calculi. Methods A total of 162 patients with renal calculi were selected from this hospital during Febru-ary 2011 to February 2013,86 of them were treated with dual probe ultrasonic intracorporeal lithotripter（observation group）,and 76 patients were treated with single probe ultrasonic intracorporeal lithotripter（ control group）. Clinical results were compared between these two groups. Results All patients were successfully operated. The broken time for calculi,operating time,hospitalization stay,stone free rate and complication rate in observation group were significantly better than those of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in amount of blood loss be-tween these two groups. There was no serious complications like bloody pneumothorax,renal pelvis perforation occurred in all patients,7 patients had fever（1 patient in observation group and 6 patients in control group）,and the infection had been controlled after treatment. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with dual probe ultrasonic intracorporeal lithotripter is more efficacious and time-saving than that of single probe ul-trasonic intracorporeal lithotripter.
