银杏提取物细胞调节作用的研究进展

摘    要:银杏提取物具有重要的药理学作用,如抗氧化清除活性氧自由基的能力,减少血小板聚集和增强神经保护的活性。其在治疗阿尔茨海默病、学习记忆减退、心脑血管疾病、绝经后综合征等疾病中具有重要意义。同时银杏提取物还具有诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡与分化的抗肿瘤能力。该文就银杏提取物在分子水平上对细胞调节作用的研究进展予以综述,以便进一步明确银杏提取物的作用机制。

Research Progress of the Regulatory Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract on Cells

Abstract:Ginkgo biloba extract have many important pharmacological effects. It is widely believed that ginkgo biloba extract has the antioxidant ability to scavenge reactive oxygen species, reduce platelets aggrega- tion and enhance the activity of neuroprotective effects. It also has great significance in treating Alzheimer disease, learning and memory degradation, cerebrovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and postmenopaus- al syndrome. Ginkgo biloba extract has also been found to possess antitumor properties through inducing cancer cell apoptosis and differentiation. Here is to make a review of the advances of cell regulation effects of ginkgo biloba extract on molecular level,in order to further clarify the action mechanism of ginkgo biloba extract.
