雷贝拉唑分别联用依托必利与多潘立酮治疗老年性食管炎的比较分析

目的探讨雷贝拉唑联用依托必利与多潘立酮两种治疗方案治疗老年性食管炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年10月至2013年5月我院消化内科收治的老年性食管炎患者115例,患者年龄56⁷5岁。按随机数字表法将115例患者分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组57例,对照组58例;观察组患者给予雷贝拉唑与依托必利口服治疗,对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑与多潘立酮口服治疗。2组患者均治疗2个月,观察治疗效果。结果观察组临床症状改善的总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为75.9%;观察组内镜下改善的总有效率为91.2%,对照组总有效率为72.4%,2组患者治疗情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合依托必利对治疗老年性食管炎疗效确切,治疗有效率高,患者恢复快,并得到医务人员的广泛认可,适合临床推广使用。

The comparative analysis between rabeprazole associated with itopride and rabeprazole associated with domperi-done to treatment elderly patients of esophagitis

Objective To discuss rabeprazole associated with itopride and domperidone two treatment regimens in elderly esophagitis clinical effects of treatment. Methods Selecting our hospital gastroenterology patients with esophagitis senile 115 cases from October 2011 to May 2013, the aged of patients was between 56 and 75 years old. Randomly 115 patients were divided into observation group and control group, observation group 57 cases and 58 cases in the control group; Observation group was treated with rabeprazole and itopride, the control group was treated with rabeprazole and domperidone, two groups of patients were treated for two months, then observed treatment effect. Results Total effective rate of improvement of observation group in clinical symptoms observed was 94.7%; the total effective rate of control group was 75.9%. The total effective rate of endoscopic improvement in the observation group was 91.2%; the total effective rate of the control group was 72.4%. Comparing treatment bewteen two groups were analyzed with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rabeprazole itopride joint and treatment of age-related esophagitis is curative, the effective rate of ther-apeutically is high, so it is suitable for clinical use.
