| 摘 要： | 目的:观察大剂量环磷酰胺(HD-CTX)治疗重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)的疗效。方法:对照组使用环孢素A(CSA)以及大剂量丙种球蛋白、甲基强的松龙、雄激素等治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用环磷酰胺45mg/kg.d,连用4d。结果:治疗组10例总有效率为80%;对照组12例总有效率50%。结论:大剂量环磷酰胺治疗SAA是一种有效、可行的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effective method of treating childhood acute aplastic anemia with high-dose cyclophosphamide.Methods:The control group were treated by ciclosporin A,high dose of methyllprednisolone,large dose of gamma globulin and androgen,in the therapy group,high-dose cyclophosphamide were added to treating SAA.Results:The total effective rates of treating SAA children in the therapy group and control group were 80 % and 50 %,respectively.Conclusion: High-dose cyclophosphamide in treating childhood acute aplastic anemia is a safe and feasible method. |
