| 摘 要： | 为观察半夏泻心汤治疗湿热气滞型慢性胃炎的临床疗效,48例患者给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗,疗程1个月。观察临床疗效和治疗前后胃胀、胃痛等临床主要症状的变化。结果:显效7例(14.58%),有效41例(85.42%);治疗后胃痛、胃胀、纳呆、嗳气、泛酸嘈杂等临床主要症状都明显好转(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Banxia Xiexin Decoction" in the treatment of chronic gastritis of dampness heat and qi stagnation, 48 cases were treated with this Decoction for one month. The clinical effects and such main symptoms as stomachache and stomach bloating were observed. Results: After treatment, 7 cases (14.58%) improved obviously and 41 cases improved (85.42%); the main symptoms improved significantly(P < 0.01). |
