玻璃体视网膜手术后高眼压的临床分析

目的：探讨玻璃体视网膜手术后高眼压发生的原因及处理方法。方法：对280例行玻璃体视网膜手术后患者的眼压观察,了解术后高眼压发生的特点及规律,并做相应的降眼压治疗。结果：280例（280眼）玻璃体视网膜手术后有145例（145眼）术后d1发生高眼压（占51.8%）,98例（98眼）术后3d内高眼压（占35.0%）,36例（36眼）术后1周内高眼压（占12.9%）,1例术后1月复诊时发现高眼压。其中108例（108眼）眼内填充硅油或膨胀气体患者术后3d内发生高眼压的有67例（67眼）,占（62.0%）。结论：玻璃体视网膜手术后发生高眼压多在术后早期,硅油或膨胀气体填充术后高眼压发生率普遍较高,眼压升高幅度也较大。术后高眼压通过药物治疗一般能降低眼压至正常范围,故术后早期监测眼压,对高眼压进行及时处理,能避免高眼压造成的视力损害。

Clinical Analysis on Ocular Hypertensive after Vitreoretinal Surgery

Objective： To analyze the cause of ocular hypertension and treatment after vitreoretinal surgery. Method： To observe the clinical date of intraocular pressure （IOP） in 280 cases （ 280 eyes ） treated with vitreoretinal surgery, and determine the characteristic and regularity of variability of intraocular pressure. Result： The ocular hypertension occur in 145 cases（51.8% ） in the first day after vitreoretinal surgery,and occur in 98 cases（35.0% ） among 3 days, and 36 cases（ 12.9% ） among 1 week. 67 cases of ocular hypertension have taken place among 108 patients whose eyes injected by silicone oil or expansible gas. Conclusion： The ocular hypertension occurs usually in earlier period. There are ocular hypertension and a higher IOP range after silicone oil injection or expansible gas. The ocular hypertension can reduce the normal range with drug. We must observe and treat the patients with ocular hypertension in earlier period after vitreoretinal surgery, so the vison can avoid be damage with ocular hypertension.
