| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Pirh2在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测57例喉鳞状细胞癌组织(喉癌组)及16例正常喉黏膜组织(对照组)中Pirh2蛋白表达,观察其与相应的临床病理学特征之间的关系。结果 Pirh2蛋白在喉癌组中阳性表达率为77.19%(44/57),在对照组中阳性表达率为18.75%(3/16),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。喉癌组Pirh2阳性表达率与年龄、性别、临床分型(肿瘤部位)、临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移均无关,与组织学分级(G1→G2+G3)有关(P<0.05)。结论 Pirh2可能与喉癌的发生和发展有关,检测Pirh2的表达可能为判断喉癌的恶性程度提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of Pirh2 in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx(LSCC) and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of Pirh2 protein in 57 cases of LSCC tissue and 10 cases of normal larynx mucosa tissue was detected using immunohistochemical staining method.The correlation of Pirh2 expression with clinical pathological features were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of Pirh2 protein were 77.19% in LSCC tissues(44/57) and only 18.75%(3/16) in normal mucosa of larynx... |
