| 摘 要： | 目的:观察枸橼酸莫沙比利对小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法:60只正常小鼠随机分为枸橼酸莫沙比利组、多潘立酮组及正常对照组,分别检测各组小鼠胃内色素相对残留率及小肠推进比,并进行组间比较。结果:枸橼酸莫沙比利组小鼠胃内色素相对残留率较正常对照组低(P<0.05),与多潘立酮组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),小肠推进比较正常对照组高(P<0.05),优于多潘立酮组(P<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸莫沙比利对正常小鼠的胃排空及肠推进运动均有明显的促进作用,为全胃肠道的促动力药物。
