| 摘 要： | 目的比较文拉法辛与舍曲林治疗伴有躯体症状抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法 120例抑郁症患者分为文拉法辛组与舍曲林组。治疗8周,治疗前后用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、HAMD中的焦虑因子和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果文拉法辛组显效率60.0%,舍曲林组显效率66.7%,两组疗效没有统计学差异。治疗2周末时,文拉法辛组HAMD中的焦虑因子评分显著低于舍曲林组(P<0.05),治疗8周末时舍曲林组HAMD评分显著低于文拉法辛组(P<0.05)。舍曲林组治疗无效率低。两组不良反应均较轻微,文拉法辛有6例患者血压升高。结论文拉法辛和舍曲林对伴有躯体症状抑郁症疗效肯定,不良反应轻。
