| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经鼻蝶与经翼点入路开颅切除垂体瘤术后的并发症。方法:分析100例资料完整的垂体瘤手术患者的临床资料。结果:经鼻蝶入路与经翼点手术术后出现的各项并发症的例数经卡方检验,除术后动眼神经麻痹一项无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:垂体腺瘤经鼻蝶入路与经翼点入路开颅手术相比,创伤小,并发症少,病死率低。
