| 摘 要： | 目的比较分析新辅助化疗前后乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2表达的差异性,探讨其对化疗疗效的预测价值。方法应用Elivision法分别测定53例乳腺癌组织化疗前后C-erbB-2的表达,比较其差异性;同时评估C-erbB-2与化疗疗效的相关性。结果 53例乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗后,病理缓解（包括部分及完全缓解）41例（77.4%）,其中病理完全缓解3例（5.7%）。化疗后病理完全缓解的3例无癌组织进行检测,其余50例患者中各指标的变化情况：C-erbB-2新辅助化疗前后表达一致的为43例（86.0%）,其差异无统计学意义。C-erbB-2表达阳性的病例86.7%（13/15）、表达阴性的病例73.7%（28/38）有化疗反应,统计学分析无差异性（P=0.472）。结论新辅助化疗不影响乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2的表达,单因子C-erbB-2的表达与新辅助化疗的疗效无相关性。
