| 摘 要： | 目的评价手法按摩配合低温热塑板外固定对6个月以内婴幼儿先天性马蹄内翻足的疗效。方法经过手法按摩,应用具有记忆功能的高分子低温热塑板固定,治疗先天性马蹄内翻足26例39足,男18例27足,女8例12足,年龄≤6月。结果本组26例均得到随访,随访时间6-12月,26例单纯性马蹄内翻足患儿外观畸形纠正,23例36足矫形效果满意,优良率92.3%,疗效满意。结论手法按摩配合低温热塑板渐进性塑形治疗婴幼儿先天性马蹄内翻足是一种疗效确切、安全易行且并发症较少的保守治疗方法。
