呼吸系统疾病患者血清弓形虫IgG及IgM抗体检测分析

目的：了解呼吸系统疾病患者弓形虫感染情况。方法：对308例呼吸系统疾病患者采用ELISA法检测血清弓形虫IgG,IgM并进行分析。结果：IgG总阳性率9.74%,其中男性、女性分别为9.82%、9.66%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;IgM总阳性率9.09%,其中男性、女性分别为9.20%、8.97%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。来自农村和城镇患者的IgG阳性率分别为6.25%、11.73%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;IgM阳性率分别为6.25%、10.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。学生、工人、干部患者IgG阳性率分别为5.08%、13.87%、8.04%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;IgM阳性率分别为5.08%、14.60%、6.25%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。上呼吸道感染、肺炎、肺结核、肺癌患者IgG阳性率分别为3.09%、6.06%、19.67%、23.53%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;IgM阳性率分别为4.12%、5.05%、13.23%、23.53%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：呼吸系统疾病中肺结核、肺癌的患者弓形虫抗体阳性率较高。

Detected Analysis on Toxoplasma Gondii Antibodies IgG and IgM in Serum of Patients with Respiratory Diseases
