| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生物敷料治疗小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤的临床优势和提高治愈率的影响因素。方法采用辐照猪皮手术治疗小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤,分伤后48 h内手术和48 h外手术两组,每组分术后使用活血药物和不使用活血药物两组。对照组6例则采用传统保痂治疗。观察患者入院后高体温天数、创面疼痛时间天数、白细胞恢复正常天数、患者住院天数等指标。结果采用辐照猪皮治疗小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤48 h内手术患者各项指标均优于48 h外手术和对照组(P<0.05),使用活血药物可以明显缩短患者住院天数(P<0.05);伤后48 h外手术患者创面疼痛时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物敷料治疗小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤可以有效促进创面的康复,减少患者痛苦,同时使用活血药物可进一步促进创面的愈合。
