| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舒利迭配伍孟鲁司特治疗中重度慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:将74例中重度COPD患者随机分为对照组、舒利迭组、舒利迭加孟鲁斯特组,分别给予氨茶碱、舒利迭及舒利迭配伍孟鲁司特治疗。于治疗前及治疗中每年评估6m in步行试验,肺功能检查及各组间年住院人次,并追踪观察4年,对比各组效果。结果:单纯使用舒利迭及舒利迭配伍孟鲁司特6m in步行试验,肺功能改善指标明显高于单纯使用氨茶碱组(P<0.05),年住院人次明显低于单纯使用氨茶碱组(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭配伍孟鲁司特治疗中重度COPD稳定期具有较好的疗效。
