| 摘 要： | 目的评价四价HPV疫苗预防尖锐湿疣的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE,EM-BASE和CBM,纳入所有关于四价HPV疫苗的随机对照试验,由两名研究者独立提取资料并进行方法学质量评估,试验数据的统计分析采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 4.2软件。结果共纳入3项随机对照试验(RCT),包括11 450例女性,meta分析结果显示:疫苗接种组尖锐湿疣的发病率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。主要不良反应较轻微,严重不良反应在疫苗组和对照组保持均衡。结论四价HPV疫苗预防尖锐湿疣安全有效。
