| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨简易腹膜外剖宫产术式的临床应用。方法:460例有剖宫产手术指征的孕妇随机分为两组:观察组234例采用简易腹膜外剖宫产术式;对照组226例采用新式子宫下段剖宫产术式。统计两组手术时间、术后恢复排气时间、术后感染、住院时间、新生儿窘迫情况、切皮至新生儿娩出时间等并进行比较分析。结果:观察组术后恢复排气时间13.4±4.5h,对照组22.3±3.4h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组住院天数为5.93±2.8d,对照组为7.56±3.3d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组及对照组在手术时间、术后感染、切皮至胎儿娩出时间、新生儿窒息及新生儿平均体重等方面比较差异无统计学意义。结论:简易腹膜外剖宫产术具有传统腹膜外剖宫产术的优点,优化了手术步骤,解决了传统手术操作复杂,损伤性大的缺点,手术方法简单、膀胱损伤小,术后排气快,进食早,适于临床推广应用。
