贝那普利联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病并MODS

目的 探讨贝那普利联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病并多器官功能衰竭的疗效。方法 回顾性分析本院2001年1月～2007年10月43例贝那普利联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病并多器官功能衰竭的临床资料，采用同期25例单用酚妥拉明治疗肺心病并多器官功能衰竭患者为对照组，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率93.1％，对照组总有效率68.0％，有显著性差异；治疗组胸闷、胸痛、心悸、腹胀、厌食、少尿等症状及体征改善情况明显优于对照组，有显著性差异。结论 贝那普利联合酚妥拉明能改善心功能，阻断序贯性多器官损害，治疗肺心病心衰及多器官功能衰竭疗效显著。

Clinical Study of the Therapeutic Effect of Benazepril Combined with Phentolamine on Pneumocardial Disease and Multiple Organ Failure

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of benazepril combined with phentolamine on pneumocardial disease and multi- ple organ failure. Methods From January 2001 to October 2007, 43 eases of benazepril combined phentolamine on pneumocardial disease united multiple organ failure were retrospectively analysed. 25 patients of phentolamine on pneumocardial disease and multiple organ failure was control group. The clinical curative effect was compared. Results The clinic remission rate of treatment group was 93.1%. The clinic remission rate of control group was 68%. We found the ease that The clinic remission rate and the symptom and physical sign amelioration of treat group were significantly higher than control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril combined with phentolamine on pneumocardial disease and multiple organ failure can ameliorate heart function and retrieve multiple organ failure. The clinical therapeutic effect and symptomatic relief of therapeutic alliance have an distinct advantage.
