高原地区11—14岁正常藏族小学生异常心电图检出情况分析

摘    要:本文对402例世居于海拔4500米地区的正常藏族小学生心电图进行了分析。结果心电图完全正常者仅占受检者的14.93%,单纯经度异常心电图检出率为44.28%,多为窦性心律不齐和心电轴的轻度右偏,其临床意义不大。各类异常心电图检出度高达受检者的40.79%,其中常见的心电图改变依次为窦性心动过缓(16.92%)、异常心电轴右偏(13.93%)、典型不完全性右束支传导阻滞(7.46%)以及窦性心动过速(5.72%)等,因此认为高原低氧环境对心电图有明显的影响。

Abstract:Four hundred and two ECG analyses for healthy Tibetan pupils were completed. All subjects are native Tibetans living at 4, 500m high altitude regions. Complete normal ECG were 14. 93% of ECG of total subjects.Most abnormal are 44. 28%, light abnormal are majority of them. They were sinus arrhythmin and light axis right deviation, so they are not significant clinically. A variety of abnormal ECG is frequent being 40. 79% of total subjects. Their were sinus brady cardia(16. 92%),abnormal axis right deviation (13.93%), typical incomplete right bundle branch block (7.46%) and sinus tachycardia (5. 72%) etc. It is suggested that altitude hypoxia effects significantly on the changes of ECG.
