| 摘 要： | 目的观察白细胞介素-11（rhIL-11）治疗肿瘤患者化疗所致血小板减少的疗效。方法采用自身对照法，化疗后血小板减少患者给予（rhIL-11）1．5mg／d皮下注射。结果患者化疗后使用rhIL-11，其血小板计数最低值较未用rhIL-11治疗的平均值显著升高。结论rhIL-11是治疗肿瘤病人化疗后血小板减少的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutical effects of recombinant human interleukin 11 （rhIL-11） on cancer patients with thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy. Methods Using self control, cancer patients with thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy were administered rhIL-11 at 5mg per day by subcutaneous injection, Results The lowest thrombocyte count of patients treated with rhIL-11 was markedly elevated than the average without rhIL-11 therapy. Conclusions rhIL-11 was an effective and safe drug for the treatment of cancer patients with thrombocytopenia. |
