纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸联合调Q激光治疗黄褐斑35例临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨调Q激光联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月崇左市人民医院收治的70例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用调Q激光治疗,观察组在此基础上采用纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、黄褐斑改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为77.14%,高于对照组的51.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MASI评分为(6.31±1.05)分,低于对照组的(8.24±2.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 调Q激光联合纳晶微针导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果较好,能改善面部皮损状况,且安全性较好,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Q-switched laser combined with nanocrystalline microneedle introductionof tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 70 patients with chloasma admitted to the People''s Hospitalof Chongzuo from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35patients in each group. The control group was treated with Q-switched laser. On this basis, the observation group was treatedwith nanocrystalline microneedle introduction of tranexamic acid. The clinical efficacy, chloasma improvement and incidence ofadverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation groupwas 77.14%, which was higher than 51.43% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Aftertreatment, the MASI score of the observation group was (6.31±1.05) scores, which was lower than (8.24±2.19) scores of the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adversereactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Q-switched laser combined with nanocrystal microneedle introductionof tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma has a good clinical effect, which can improve the facial skin lesions, and has goodsafety, which is worthy of clinical application.
