层透明压膜片法粘结托槽技术在舌侧正畸固定矫治临床干预中的应用价值

目的 探讨层透明压膜片法粘接托槽技术在舌侧正畸固定矫治中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年3月-2024年1月我院收治的80例舌侧正畸固定患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用口内直视下直接粘接活动翼托槽，观察组采用层透明压膜片法间接粘接托槽技术粘接舌侧活动翼托槽，比较两组口腔功能、龈沟液炎症因子和免疫指标、牙出血指数及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后咀嚼能力、便捷程度、固定能力、语言能力评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后15、30、60、90 d出血指数均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后PCE2、TNF-α、sICAM-1、IL-1β均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为7.50%，低于对照组的25.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 层透明压膜片法粘接托槽技术在正畸固定矫治效果良好，其粘接精准，且可改善口腔功能，有效控制炎症因子、免疫指标，降低并发症发生率。

Application Value of Transparent Pressure Diaphragm with the Bonding BracketTechnique in Lingual Orthodontic Fixed Orthodontic Treatment

Objective To investigate the application value of transparent pressure diaphragm with the bonding bracket techniquein lingual orthodontic fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 80 patients with lingual orthodontic fixation admittedto our hospital from March 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40patients in each group. The control group was directly bonded to the active wing brackets under direct vision, and the observationgroup was indirectly bonded to the lingual active wing brackets by using the transparent pressure diaphragm method. The oral function,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors and immune indexes, tooth bleeding index and complications were compared betweenthe two groups. Results The scores of masticatory ability, convenience, fixation ability and language ability after treatment in theobservation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The bleeding index of the observation group was lower thanthat of the control group at 15, 30, 60 and 90 days after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PCE2, TNF-α, sICAM-1 andIL-1β in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observationgroup was 7.50%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Transparent pressure diaphragmwith the bonding bracket technique has a good effect in orthodontic fixed orthodontic treatment. Its bonding is accurate, and it canimprove oral function, effectively control inflammatory factors and immune indicators, and reduce the incidence of complications.
