| 摘 要： | 牙齿漂白是一种改善牙齿颜色的治疗方法，主要用于内源性着色牙与顽固的外源性着色牙治疗。伴随需求的增加与材料学的进步，一系列分支技术蓬勃发展，包括诊室漂白治疗、家庭漂白治疗、OTC美白产品等。如何选择合适的漂白技术成为临床工作的重点内容之一，本文围绕牙齿漂白常用漂白剂及其原理、牙齿漂白技术进行综述，论述了常用有漂白剂及其原理的研究进展，评价不同漂白技术的有效性及安全性，以期为临床应用提供一定参考。

| Abstract: | Tooth bleaching is a treatment method to improve the color of teeth, which is mainly used for the treatment ofendogenous colored teeth and stubborn exogenous colored teeth. With the increase of demand and the progress of materials science,a series of branch technologies have flourished, including clinic bleaching treatment, home bleaching treatment, OTC whiteningproducts and so on. How to choose the appropriate bleaching technology has become one of the key contents of clinical work. Thispaper reviews the commonly used bleaching agents and their principles, tooth bleaching techniques, discusses the research progressof common bleaching agents and their principles, and evaluates the effectiveness and safety of different bleaching techniques, inorder to provide some reference for clinical application. |
