美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤外科整形术中的应用

目的 探讨颌面部创伤外科整形术中应用美容缝合技术的效果。方法 选择2021年2月-2024年3月我院收治100例接受颌面部创伤外科整形术治疗患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为常规组与试验组，各50例。常规组应用常规缝合技术，试验组应用美容缝合技术，比较两组临床指标、切口缝合效果、创口愈合评分及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组手术、水肿、伤口愈合及拆线时间均短于常规组（P＜0.05）；试验组切口缝合总有效率为98.00%，高于常规组的76.00%（P ＜0.05）；试验组色泽、厚度、柔软度、血管分布评分及总分均低于常规组（P ＜0.05）；试验组并发症发生率为4.00%，低于常规组的22.00%（P ＜0.05）。结论 美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤外科整形术中的应用价值较高，不仅能加速患者术后恢复，提高切口缝合的美观度，还能有效降低瘢痕形成和并发症的发生风险。

Application of Cosmetic Suture Technique in Maxillofacial Trauma Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of cosmetic suture technique in maxillofacial trauma surgery. Methods FromFebruary 2021 to March 2024, 100 patients who underwent maxillofacial trauma plastic surgery in our hospital were selected asthe research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into conventional group and experimentalgroup, with 50 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with conventional suture technique, and the experimentalgroup was treated with cosmetic suture technique. The clinical indexes, incision suture effect, wound healing score andcomplications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation, edema, wound healing and suture removal time ofthe experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of incision suture in theexperimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than 76.00% in the conventional group (P <0.05). The color, thickness, softness,vascular distribution score and total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group (P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was lower than 22.00% in the conventional group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application value of cosmetic suture technique in maxillofacial trauma surgery is high, which can notonly accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients, improve the aesthetics of incision suture, but also effectively reduce the riskof scar formation and complications.
