整形外科清创缝合术在急诊面部外伤手术中的护理应用

目的 探讨在整形外科清创缝合术中应用针对性护理的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月我院收治的60例急诊面部外伤手术患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组和试验组，各30例。均接受整形外科清创缝合术治疗，参照组应用常规护理，试验组应用针对性护理，比较两组伤残接受程度、应对方式、创面愈合情况、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组伤残接受程度评分高于参照组（P＜0.05）；试验组积极应对方式评分高于参照组，消极应对方式评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组创面愈合时间、肉芽生长时间均短于参照组，创面愈合率高于参照组（P＜0.05）；试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组（P＜0.05）；试验组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于参照组的26.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理在急诊面部整形清创缝合术中的应用效果确切，可加快创面愈合速度，提高患者的伤残接受程度，改善其应对方式，对于提升患者生活质量具有积极意义，且有利于降低并发症发生风险，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Emergency Facial PlasticDebridement and Suture

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in plastic surgery debridement and suture. Methods A total of 60patients with emergency facial trauma surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly dividedinto reference group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. All patients were treated with plastic surgerydebridement and suture. The reference group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated withtargeted nursing. The disability acceptance, coping style, wound healing, quality of life and complications were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The disability acceptance score of the experimental group was higher than that of thereference group (P <0.05). The positive coping style score of the experimental group was higher than that of the referencegroup, and the negative coping style score was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The wound healing time andgranulation growth time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group, and the wound healingrate was higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimentalgroup were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was6.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing in emergency facialplastic debridement and suture is effective, which can speed up the time of wound healing, improve patients'' acceptance ofdisability, and improve their coping style. Meanwhile, it has positive significance for improving patients'' quality of life, andis conducive to reducing the risk of complications. It is worth y of clinical application.
