综合护理干预在女性中重度痤疮激光治疗中的效果

目的 探析综合护理干预在女性中重度痤疮激光治疗中的效果。方法 选取我院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的中重度痤疮患者80例为研究对象，采用随机抽样法分为对照组和分析组，各40例。两组均采用激光治疗，在此基础上，对照组实施常规护理干预，分析组实施综合护理干预，比较两组不良反应发生率、护理满意度、生活质量、情绪状态、身心状态。结果 分析组不良反应发生率为10.00%，低于对照组的27.50%（P ＜0.05）；分析组护理满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的75.00%（P ＜0.05）；分析组护理后生活质量SF-12评分、积极应对方式评分高于对照组，医院焦虑抑郁量表评分和消极应对方式评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 对中重度痤疮患者实施综合护理效果较好，可减少不良反应发生情况，提高患者满意度，减轻患者焦虑和抑郁等情绪反应，提升患者有效应对能力，进而提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention onModerate to Severe Acne in WomenDuring the Laser Treatment Period

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laser treatment of moderate to severe acne inwomen. Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and analysis group by random sampling method, with40 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with laser therapy. On this basis, the control group was given routine nursingintervention, and the analysis group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The adverse reaction rate, nursing satisfaction,quality of life, emotional state, physical and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results The incidenceof adverse reactions in the analysis group was 10.00%, which was lower than 27.50% in the control group (P <0.05). Thenursing satisfaction of the analysis group was 97.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The SF-12 score and positive coping style score of quality of life after nursing in the analysis group were higher than those in thecontrol group, and the scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale and negative coping style were lower than those in thecontrol group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with moderate to severe acne has a good effect, which canreduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction, reduce emotional reactions such as anxiety and depression,improve patients'' effective coping ability, and then improve patients'' quality of life.
