| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性脑卒中并发低钙血症的发生机制及临床意义。 方法 回顾性分析１ ６９３例急性脑卒中临床及血清钙资料。结果 １ ６９３例中并发低钙血症者２１例，发生率为１．２４％，以病灶部位为基底节区者发生率最高，有１１例占４．７６％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；急性脑梗塞和脑出血病灶部位与发生低钙血症的关系比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；发生低钙血症者神经精神症状为潜在型手足抽搐者１３例（６１．９０％，Ｐ＜０．０１）；并发低钙血症者较血清钙正常者病死率为高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 下丘脑－垂体－肾上腺皮质轴功能紊乱是引起急性脑卒中并发低钙血症的主要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mechanism and clinical significance of hypocalcemia in acute stroke patients.Methods The clinical symptom and serum calicum data of 1 693 cases were restrospectively analysed.Results The 21 cases complicated by the hypocalcemia in 1 693 cases,the incidence of hypocalcemia was 1.24%.Patient's focus in brain ganglion was highly occured hypocalcemia(11 cases,4.76%,P<0.01).The relationship of hypocalcemia with acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage focus had no significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Dysfunction of hypothalamus-pituitarium-adrenocortex is one of the main factors to cause hypocalcemia in acute stroke patients. |
