| 摘 要： | 在认真分析药学类研究生培养机制和模式所存在问题的基础上,提出较为详细的对策.在入学录取制度改革、培养学制改革、理论课学习模式改革以及奖励激励机制的建立等方面作了较为深入的探讨.
