| 摘 要： | 当前,我国不少高校根据本科新生培养的特殊性,相继推出本科生导师制度.这是一种全新的、富有挑战性的教育模式改革.总结苏州医学院实行导师制的实践与探索的情况,并提出了进一步完善新形势下高校实施本科生导师制面临的主要问题以及完善导师制的一些设想,以期更好地发挥本科生导师制的优势,为我国社会经济发展培养更多更优秀的药学专业人才.

| Abstract: | Nowadays,according to the particularity of undergraduates' training,many colleges have launched an undergraduate tutor system.This is a new and challenging education reforming mode.This paper summarizes the tutorial system of our school,and puts forward some further improvement under the new situation.Tutorial system is playing an important role in training excellent pharmaceutical talents for social and economic development. |
