摘    要:目的 观察大剂量电离辐射对晶状体的影响。方法 通过对2例放射事故受照者晶状体的检查,对这2例受照者照后1~19年晶状体的变化进行动态观察和分析。结果受照者“亮”照后2年形成放射性白内障,受照者“燕”照后19年未观察到典型的放射性白内障发生。结论 受照者“亮”放射性白内障发生的潜伏期为2年,晶状体浑浊发生的部位和形态与有关报道基本一致。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of high-dose irradiation on ocular lens. Methods The ocular lens of two cases cxposed to radiation accident were examined. The dynamic observation and analysis of ocular lens changes in the two cases were performed during 1-19 years after radiation. Results Radiation cataract in the first case was formed in the second years after radiation, and typical radiation cataract in the second case was not observed in the 19th years after radiation. Conclusion The latent period of radiation cataract occurrence in the first case is two years, and the position and shape of ocular lens opacification occurrence is consistent with the concerned report.
