高频超声对乳腺癌术后病人的随访价值

目的 探讨高频超声对乳腺癌术后病人随访的价值。方法 将应用高频超声随访检测乳腺癌术后病人所发现的35例52处病变的超声诊断与手术病理进行对比分析。结果 超声诊断锁骨上转移淋巴结23例31处（患侧23处，对侧8处），病理证实29处，余2处病变为反应性增生淋巴结；超声诊断锁骨窝转移淋巴结8例9处（患侧8处，对侧1处），患侧腋窝转移淋巴结5例5处、患侧内乳转移淋巴结1例1处、对侧乳腺转移2例2处，均经病理证实；超声诊断患侧皮下转移病灶4例4处，病理证实3处，余1处病变为炎性肉芽肿。结论 高频超声作为1种无创、简便、快捷的检测手段，对乳腺癌术后转移病灶特别是转移淋巴结的部位、大小、数目、性质可进行准确判定，从而为临床诊治提供准确信息。

The following up value of high - frequence ultrasound for post - operative patients with breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the role of high-frequency ultrasound in follow-up for post-operation cases of breast (cancer).Methods high-frequency ultrasound was represented to make an analysis and a comparison between the ultrasonic diagnosis and the pathologic diagnosis in 52 metastasis foci of 35 patients with breast cancer suffered from mastectomy. Results 31 supraclavicular lymph node metastases were found in 23 patients(23 metastasis of them were in the same side of the breast cancer and 8 were in the other side), 29 of which were identified by pathologic diagnosis and the other 2 were reaction hyperplasia.9 clavicular fossa lymph node metastases were found with ultrasound in 8 patients(8 metastases of them were in the same side of the breast cancer and 1 was in the other side). In (the same) side of the breast cancer,5 axillary fossa lymph node metastases have been found in 5 cases,but 1 internal mammary metastasis in 1 case and 2 breast metastases in 2 cases were found in the other side. All of the above were identified by pathologic results.4 hypodermic metastases were found in 4 cases by ultrasonic diagnosis and 3 of them were identified by pathologic results. The last one was infiammatory granuloma.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can give an exact judgment to the position,size,number and property of metastasis especially lymph node metastasis in the patients after a mastectomy so as to provide accurate information for clinical diagnosis and (treatment).
